Booking Terms & Conditions - M1 Resort
When you make a booking with us the following terms and conditions will apply:
1. Age: You must be at least 20 years of age to make an accommodation booking.
2. Payment: A deposit is required at time of booking, and the balance is payable at least one week prior to arrival at the resort. During High Season full payment is required 28 days before arrival.
3. Credit Card Fees: No fee for VISA or MasterCard. 2% surcharge for American Express.
4. Changes to Bookings: If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our reservations during office hours or email. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

5. Arrivals & Departures: Check in is from 2.00 pm & check out is by 10.00 am. Requests outside these times may incur fees.
6. Requirements upon Check in: The person registering at check-in will be required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation to cover incidental charges (credit card must be valid and belong to the person who is registering).
The person registering at check-in must be at least 20 years of age, and to eliminate identity fraud, the person registering must provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that the identity matches that of the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with the credit card provider in the event of disputation.
7. Non Smoking: m1 Resort is a non smoking building and we ask that all guests refrain from smoking in rooms, on balconies, or anywhere on common property. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee payable by the person registering at check-in.
8. Apartment Service: Apartments booked for 8 nights or longer will be serviced mid stay or every 7 days for bookings over 14 nights.
9. Copyright: Images and content on the website may not be copied, saved or used in any format unless written permission is granted.
10. Force Majeure: We will not be in breach of the agreement or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance and with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strikes, lockouts or any other cause not reasonably within the control of M1 Resort. We will not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever.
Cancellation / Amendment Policy: Low Season - 7+ days notice - a refund less a $35.00 admin fee will be given. 7 days or less, no refund unless the unit is relet for the total period of the proposed occupancy. Should the unit be relet, a refund less a $35.00 admin fee will be given. Mid Seasons - 14+ days notice a refund less a $35.00 admin fee. 14 days or less, no refund unless unit is relet for the total period of the proposed occupancy. Should the unit be relet, a refund less a $35.00 admin fee will be given. High Seasons - 28+ days notice a refund less a $35.00 admin fee. 28 days or less, no refund unless unit is relet for the total period of the proposed occupancy. Should the unit be relet, a refund less a $35.00 admin fee will be given. Note: Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy do not apply for 'Advanced Purchase' rate bookings
